I have a big fingers and I finally found a place that will make it to my finger size and custom accordingly. I have 6 rings from her and a bunch of stud earrings and a pave diamond cuff earring which I want to get a second one. I wear it all the time and get so many compliments. I have never had anything break or damage. Overall, they will be my destination when seeking new pieces or custom. It’s all about the details!

My wife lost her wedding ring after it slipped off her finger at school (luckily someone found it and returned it to the lost and found). Prior to the OG rings return, I drove up to Santa Monica to search for a replacement. Caroline helped create a custom upgrade for my wife and it was created very swiftly! She even helped me surprise my wife with the new ring. I told my wife we were going in to get her old ring resized, Caroline had her try on a “random” ring in one of the display cases. My wife was immediately fawning over the ring and that’s when I told her that it was actually hers! Caroline really went out of her way to make this such a pleasurable experience from start to finish. My wife is so in awe of the beauty and sparkle this upgrade rings. We are excited to add another Logan Hollowell piece to the collection!

3 /5 Katherine Kistenmacher: Been obsessed with this brand for years. Loved them so much I even took a day off to go to one of their visits to Dallas. Where the magic stopped for me was when I purchased the Pavé Star Set Diamond bangle and Graduated Diamond Goddess bracelets online during the black Friday sale in November. I didnt receive my purchase until March 12th. When they clearly have stated on their website up to 6 weeks. This took 15 1/2 weeks. The only way to talk to anyone about a purchase is through email. Cant talk to a real person. Every email was vague on the stages of this order with no guidance of a time frame and estimated ship date. Had to constantly contact them on the items. Once they found out the bangle was flawed and had to be remade it wasnt prioritized over other orders and added an extra 7 weeks to the order. This was not a custom piece and expensive bracelets. They gave off the feel of "it will get done when it gets done, will throw in some body oil for your inconvenience".
