While we were waiting, Kim and Annalise offered to take to all of our rings back to clean as well. The jeweler, Marcos, inspected our prongs and did an excellent job. The staff here is so welcoming and helpful. They truly care about their work and their customers!

My grandma had a beautiful, gold, heart shaped necklace with the letter “E” inscribed on the front representing her mother’s name, Ella. My daughter recently got married (and as I named her after her great great grandma Ella), Emerson was able to make the necklace into a beautiful bracelet for her to wear on her wedding day! Just stunning! So grateful for their intuitive in depth questions and the time they took to understand my vision for the bracelet.

5 /5 Sam Sattari: I had a diamond ring sized a year ago, it was a bit small and did not have time to go back to adjust the size, finally made it in, they were very nice about it, I left ring there, because I had to rush back to work, and Jamila offered to deliver it to me, they made the changes and Jamila drove to my work to drop it off. I thought that was great service, I definitely trust them and will do business with them again. Very courteous, honest and friendly staff.
