The repair was flawless, and the shine they brought back is insane. You’d never guess it was damaged before. The staff was super friendly and took great care of my piece. Fast turnaround and really fair pricing too. I’m beyond happy with the results and will definitely be coming back for future repairs or cleanings!

LizaH The staff are usually very helpful and not snobby. Service has been efficient in the past. I have ordered a ring before but this recent order, I was told to expect it in a weeks time. When I called the store for the status on the ring I was told my order had not even been processed. This was 5 days later from when I first went into the store. I was told that the focus was getting new Merchandise out to the store and to expect my order at least 2 more weeks. I am not sure I want to do business with this company again.
