We spent three hours (yes, three!) trying to find the perfect ring, and NOT once did she lose her patience even though I kept changing my mind about the stones, colors, and sizes. She was so accommodating, helpful, and honestly just fun to be around! Her sense of humor made the whole experience feel like we were shopping with a friend, not just a supervisor. She gave us honest opinions, great suggestions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her good vibes and professionalism made what could’ve been a stressful search really enjoyable. Luis Ramentas One of the few places in Fresno to find watch bands. Used to be able to get them in so many places. A good selection of bands and they put them on at no charge. As a bonus they polished out the small scratches on the crystal of my watch and it looks like new.

Josh Lee I was visiting Palm Springs from Vancouver, Canada. I stopped by and asked if I could see the Rolex Bubble-back I saw by the window-side. The owner was super nice - he knew I had no intention to buy anything, but he let me check out other watches (Omega Constellation, gold Bubbleback and rose gold Bubbleback). Giving this store a 3.3 star rating on Google is unjust. Anyone who had a proper encounter with the owner and the employees will know how friendly the place is. I hope to buy a Bubbleback from this store some time in the future.

Why Not Store is awesome full of everything that you could ever need whether it’s tools, comic books, games, computers and good general vibe! The staff are friendly and patient, willing to help with whatever you need and make a very welcoming atmosphere! Highly recommend would give more stars if I could! (Attached is a bag Ash, one of the staff, custom made for me on request!! So cool and highly recommend you hit him up!)
