They have shown us many collections that we are interested and answered so many questions from me haha. Michelle B I will go on saying that I barely do reviews and mostly positive ones when I can. Prices are beyond more reasonable than other piercings parlors which is why I go there if I have to when it comes to saving money. It comes down to just eh customer service. I understand customer service is difficult, I just to worked as one but these associates often come off as irritated. They are barely helpful when it comes to needing help in figuring out sizes. Everytime I go, they make me feel stupid. A simple greeting is hard to get from them as well, most of the time, I come out feeling like a burden. I understand that you need a general understanding of piercings, but I am sure there are beginners that reluctant to ask for help with the general unkind mood coming from the associates. Overall good prices but not the best customer service.

Me Avila The customer service was excellent. Im very impressed how Tony, Eduardo and Cecilia attended me. I was treated like a VIP guest. They helped me find what I needed and they gifted me pens, a purse and even offered me a free jewelry cleaning. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back.

Michelle Zaharek I just wanted to say how absolutely amazing this place is! I was in need of a good jeweler to fix some victorian rings that I have. One of them had prongs that were just way too long, and the other one had prongs that were all wonky. I had been holding on to them for a while and finally felt that it was time to get them fixed. I brought them to Redlands jewelry repair and the quality of work is astounding. Im so pleased and cant wait to get more stuff done by them! (Pardon the dirty hands, I was gardening earlier today) 10 out of 10 would 100% recommend.
