Sebastian Urtiz Beautiful ring and quality service! My fiancé and I were looking to upgrade/update a heirloom engagement ring that was initially my grandmothers. My significant other is quite creative and had a very specific design in mind, we met with 3 or 4 different shops, had zoom meetings and nothing felt quite right. Thats until we decided to check out Yale Jewelers. Joe and Marla were very helpful, patient and understanding. Joe worked closely with my fiancé until we all felt confident about the design of the new ring. It was very collaborative, Joes communication was second to none he kept us in the loop throughout all stages of the process, but above all the feeling felt right the whole time. Appreciate the help and would highly recommend!

Today, my son returned from the store with a small chocolate in hand, and with a big smile, he told me that one day, when he makes money, he wants to buy me something from there. That moment says it all—Tiffany in Palo Alto is doing an exceptional job at creating a lasting impression across generations. Amanda Morgan My husband I and went looking for a 10 year anniversary piece. Pasha Jewelers was our first stop. We met with Sandy- and she was patient, honest and incredibly knowledgeable. When we expressed she was our first stop there was zero pressure. She was confident we would be back (because she knew she was offering the best quality and price). We went and did our due diligence and yes, I ended up coming back. Sandy was so eager to offer a level a customer service that would win my business for years to come, and she succeeded. Ive received so many compliments on my ring and I absolutely love it! She even helped me with my existing rings and went above and beyond helping bring those piece back to life. Mariah Craig the best of the best! if youre looking to get permanent jewelry - these girls are kind, patient, professional & provide the best experience possible. from the second you show up, they greet you so warmly! they let you take your time in deciding which chain you want & when you are being fitted, they make you comfortable enough to say "actually, can it be tighter/looser?". I have had some of their jewelry on for over a year now & it STILL looks brand new! my boyfriend & some of my family have got linked with them & Ill continue to send everyone I know to them!

Kristin Maczko What a lovely shop and owner! I came in to get jewelry repaired. The owner advised me that while she could do the repair, it would be expensive relative to the inexpensive cost of the jewelry itself. She offered to do the repair if I wanted, and when I declined she took the time to do a free partial repair to get me up and running - so kind! We got to chatting, and I learned that she has owned the store for 50 years, and she makes the jewelry (and even the hanging artwork!) herself. The jewelry is unique and striking, and the owner is lovely. I will be back here the next time Im looking to buy some beautiful jewelry!

R taylor Worst shopping experience. I bought over $200.00 dollars in jewelery for a couple of bridesmaid to look at just incase they wanted to buy them. Well to make story short they ask me to return some items. When I asked the clerk to give me a refund she refused. I was returning the earrings and bracelets, she said that they do not return the earring per policy. I had mention to the clerk before I purchased the items what I was going to do and she never said anything about return policy. Very disappointed!! Will not be buying at that store again
