When we arrived, we were greeted right away and they immediately helped my daughter with her bracelet. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. This place offers great service and truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

Liv Ireland Rosey and her crew are truly the best people. Such nice, caring and helpful women! They helped both me and my husband with ring shopping as well as doing some repairs to a few of my necklaces. Even on a time crunch, she gets it done which is fantastic. Love supporting this business!

Case Mods I went in to have a ring soldered after I resized it myself (it was free and a few places didnt want to resize it for whatever reason) The woman at the counter was very friendly. They said they would clean it, solder it and reset the diamond since it was loose. When I got it back, it looked like a new ring! I have never seen it so clean. They even trimmed the area that was soldered (one side was thicker than the other) They do good work and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

We worked with Lacey to design my engagement ring, and in just 1 appointment she was able to read my mind on what I liked better than I even could! She was attentive, understanding of my likes/dislikes, and helped guide me to the perfect choice. I left the appointment with so much trust in her vision for me! She was so helpful to my fiancee during the whole process as well, from designing the ring all the way to finish. When I saw my ring the day I got engaged I couldn’t have been more happy with how perfectly my fiancee and Lacey executed the ring of my dreams. We will be using Charles Koll/Lacey for our wedding bands & any future jewelry we need!!

Donna Hall One of my favorite shops in Oakland! I live in the Piedmont Avenue neighborhood and pop into Philippa Roberts fairly often just to admire all the lovely things inside and always find many things to put on my wish list. :) Recently, I needed to purchase 2 birthday gifts and headed straight to Philippa Roberts. Jazmin Ariza Love this store. My late mommy introduced me to this place. I get my daughters earrings and bracelets here. They are very rough on their jewelry. This place also repairs jewelry which is very helpful. I take my necklaces, watches and bracelets in for repair and downsizing. I also have my girls bracelets engraved here.
