One year later when I passed by Rolex at standford shopping center, I thought I would try my luck again for my 1 year anniversary. Then I met this wonderful lady, Nina. She offered my excellent service in store and was able to put me on waitlist to get this watch. Magically, I only waited 2 weeks to get this piece, exactly what I’ve been wanting to get. jennifer p what a wonderful shop. there are so many beautiful beads to shop for. you can find anything from the grim reaper to a doughnut. this place came recommended from a friend to get my bracelet fixed. i found parking out front and walked in. i was able to get help immediately and met by the friendliest people. they were able to fix a bracelet that means the world to me in less than 15 minutes. it made my day more than i can say.

My friends and I were able to find what we were looking for and more! The staff are also very nice and ask that you sanitize your hands before fully going into the store (yes, sanitation!). He designs them in front of you and you are able to see it on the screen as he shows you different styles. He is super knowledgeable about stones and was extremely helpful in guiding us through choosing our rings. He helped us find rings within our budget, which we greatly appreciated. No other jewelry store had given us this type of service and we knew right away we wanted to get our rings there. We will be back soon for our wedding bands!
