Rachel Ramirez I just had a wonderful experience with Carrie. She saw me and helped me. I always feel like a bother since I always want to see different styles of jewelry and she was patient with me. I also want to say that a lot of the other consultants were all gathering behind the display counter and talking which I understand, but props to I believe was the manager for telling them to not do that and to go to the front of the store and welcome guests. Fay B I found the bead I needed here at the last minute, which was a lifesaver! The prices are a bit high for imitation jewelry, but since I was able to get exactly what I was looking for when I needed it, I didn’t mind too much. They have a great selection of jewelry, offering a wide variety of styles to choose from. One of the nice perks is that they offer free ear piercing, which is a great option for anyone looking to get their ears pierced without extra cost. Overall, I was happy with my experience and glad I was able to find what I needed!

Ann Yang brought in a couple pieces to get fixed and it was very fast and at a great price. they also have a lot of cute pieces to look at while you’re waiting

Alexis Carruthers The jewelry here is beautiful! The older gentleman working (I think he may be the owner) was very welcoming and sweet! He let us try on multiple rings and was incredibly patient the whole time! The prices are completely fair and the natural stones they use are beautiful. Erica Meyer This is a cute store, simply to walk around when in the area. Great for gifts, toys, random objects, puzzles and cards. We stopped in to look around and I was astonished by the cute jewelry. I didnt buy any this time, but did hint to my SO that Id like some. I hope he gets the hint haha. My friend found origami paper she liked. Highly recommend. Hours are slightly altered due to COVID. They have cute masks, $7.99 each for those wanting a new one :)

Nicole Smith Top tier service! Vanessa was amazing, helpful, and friendly. She was accommodating with all the items we tried in and wanted to see. We didnt feel rushed at all. I wont lie, it was my first time in Cartier and I was a little intimidated and nervous but we were greeted with a huge warm smile from Vanessa. She offered us drinks as soon as we walked in, I had champagne and my friend had sparkling water. She wasnt pushy about anything and just let us enjoy our time. The selection this location has was vast. The store is very well maintained and smells great when you walk in. All the staff was friendly. Vanessa even made us matching friendship bracelets! We were the only ones in there so we got all the attention. Such a great day!

Corey Love I bought the ‘Star Threader’ earrings for my girlfriend and she loved them! Really cool concept—how the long slim chain ‘threads’ through the ear. The product shipped and was received within two days of ordering, so I was very happy with the overall experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for high-quality, creative jewelry.
