The wife, who co-owns the shop, was incredibly sweet, professional, and went out of her way to make me feel taken care of. She remembered me right away and made the whole process smooth and stress-free that kind of personal touch meant a lot. I want to give her special credit because her kindness and professionalism really stood out and made this a great experience. The craftsmanship and value are excellent, but her customer service is what will stick with me the most.

5 /5 Aaron Douglas: ***UPDATED*** This place was outstanding. I have had nothing but issues with Kay and their "lifetime" warranty BS. My wifes ring has had the center stone fall out twice now, the first time it took them 6 months to get it back to us. After putting it in a drawer for quite some time I stumbled across Creative walking to the bank, he charged me next to nothing and had the ring done in two days! He gave it back to me completely shined up looking brand new. I have already recommended him to many people and I will be having him make a custom ring for Christmas. I would recommend them to anyone, they dont talk to you like a general customer just feeding you the same lines like most chain stores, they talked to me and joked with me like they have known me for years. I couldnt be happier with their service! **UPDATE** I went back for Christmas and instead of making a ring I had Creative make me a necklace using my wifes grandmothers original wedding ring. I went in with a general idea of what I wanted and told them to do what they do best from there. He had it knocked out in no time and even had it ready two days before Christmas for me. I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Even though I declined to pay to have the ring itself brought back to life they threw that all in for free so I was very happy yet again with their attention to detail and amazing customer service.
