1 /5 Abigail Richter: The people there were very kind, however I had an unfortunate experience with my engagement ring. I took it to have the stone tightened and to be polished and it was returned shiny but with dents and dings. I was very disappointed because my engagement ring is very important to me and I’ll be getting married in less than a month. Here are before and after pictures for reference.

We couldn’t find anything exactly as he wanted so Robert was able to incorporate all of his favorite elements to create the PERFECT ring. Literally nothing about it could be any better, my husband could not be happier or love it more! Entire process was soooo easy and timely compared local custom jewlers or artists (we are on the east coast). In a matter of days the ring was designed and on its way to being made, meanwhile other places were taking weeks to even give quotes or mock-up ideas. I am the 3rd Generation in my family to purchase custom wedding rings from Constantine Creations, and I will forever recommend them and use them for all my custom and fine jewlery needs! 5 /5 Todd Strange: Robert is an artist, a true creator, and beyond that one of the friendliest genuine people you will encounter. He has helped multiple family members of mine myself included obtain finances... I mean rings that were worthy of saying yes to. I bought from out of state and visited the store when I was back visiting family to have the ring resized. He stayed late into the same evening to get the job done due to our short travel time. He does great work. Stop by and check out his store for all of your jewelry needs.

5 /5 Cicero: Robert provided my wife with a cleaning of her wedding ring and did a great job looking at the ring prior to the cleaning to ensure no loose stones and possibly compromising the ring during the clean. He also provided the appraisal we use for our insurance. He also set up a private time to look and try on other items while I waited on the cleaning. The office as a whole is very welcoming and Robert is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
