They offer a lifetime warranty, and you can upgrade or exchange your jewelry if needed. They do have a policy for exchanges, so it’s worth asking about the details. I usually hesitate to commit to expensive purchases out of fear of regret, but with Shane Co., I never feel bound.

Secret Beach David made the most beautiful engagement ring for my now fiancé! I brought him a loose diamond that I wanted to use for the project, he listened to the design ideas I had and created exactly what I wanted! My fiancé loves it! We will be back for our wedding bands.

morgan bray I went in today to look at a ring for somebody else, and I was immediately offered help by a lovely lady named Harmony. She was very helpful in looking for what I came in for and suggesting great options. But, I realized I had a necklace from DeVon’s that I had been gifted that was recently broken. I ran out and brought the necklace back in, and I was helped very quickly in having a repair order made. I then decided to purchase a ring, and she was also very helpful in that process, from sizing, to complimenting the piece and how it looks, to having a friendly off topic conversation that made me feel super comfortable in my environment.
