Nelly Wong Getting permanent jewelry at Golden Circle with my best friends was such a fun experience! Jill was AMAZING. She took her time to wash our jewelry, fix previous jewelry, and most of all, make sure we were satisfied. She made the experience enjoyable with her conversation and knowledge about jewelry in general. Will come back here next time I visit Sacramento to add a charm to my permanent bracelet!

Gio Yorkshire Preliminarily called around noon, was told to come in around 5:00 about getting a necklace shortened, came im at 5:00 ans guy was prompt and courteous, immediately got to work on my chain and fixed another imperfection on it at no extra charge! I am very happy with service and best of all is that he does it eight in front of you, so you can rest assured your piece won’t be sent out who knows where and might end up getting a different piece of jewelry at the end, Again I’m happy and his prices are extremely reasonable! I am happy to know I have a good, reliable jeweler in the area. Thanks again Joyeria Express!

Cicero Robert provided my wife with a cleaning of her wedding ring and did a great job looking at the ring prior to the cleaning to ensure no loose stones and possibly compromising the ring during the clean. He also provided the appraisal we use for our insurance. He also set up a private time to look and try on other items while I waited on the cleaning. The office as a whole is very welcoming and Robert is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

LizaH The staff are usually very helpful and not snobby. Service has been efficient in the past. I have ordered a ring before but this recent order, I was told to expect it in a weeks time. When I called the store for the status on the ring I was told my order had not even been processed. This was 5 days later from when I first went into the store. I was told that the focus was getting new Merchandise out to the store and to expect my order at least 2 more weeks. I am not sure I want to do business with this company again.

We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped!
