I walked in today and said I was looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I showed them some examples of what I was looking for and they both went the extra mile to make this a smooth transaction and I am very happy. Other ring shops Ive been to they just dont exactly seem like they want to help me or they are too pushy to get me to spend thousands but they both listened and went about a ring to my preference and price range and talked about everything and I am very happy I stopped into Helzberg today. The owner Heidi was extremely knowledgeable on all things antique and vintage lockets, and she made the process seamless and fun.
