Whether i’m stopping in for a quick jewelry or watch repair (they’re the only ones I trust!), or just browsing, I always leave with a smile—and often with something sparkly! They have a really thoughtful selection of pieces, from timeless classics to unique finds like beautiful estate pieces, and I’ve found some true favorites here over the years. Andrea is incredibly knowledgeable, and custom made an absolutely perfect engagement ring for the love of my life to have forever. Gaming_ Rima Stopped by this place to see about getting a watch, I was greeted by Tammie, who gladly showed me many watches. I asked for help finding one that would fit my style, seeing as I have a delicate wrist and didnt want anything too bulky. She pointed out a beautiful one, womens, and I took it. She set it for me, showed me how it worked, and answered all my questions about the watch flawlessly (if it was waterproof, if it would need battery replacements, cleaning it, etc). She even resized it for me and made sure I was happy with how it fit on me. 100% would reccommend going to Zales, especially with Tammie there.

Jay Oshiro I love this place. The sections are well labeled but those who understand can see the overlap of products. There are great gifts for the people that are special in your life I love the items that empower. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Also the store is very large. This equates to a large selection of unique items. I purchased a really cool item that I can focus on and relax. Please see attached. Imagine just watching the globe rotate and listening to your favorite music. This is a great way to ground yourself by dreaming of being on the moon. I forgot to mention the globe is rotating without any visible means of electricity. How cool is that!

Jenna Zeller Love this place! They came through on multiple occasions for us but recently custom designed a necklace for my daughter. We had a short turn around time because I dropped the ball but they still made sure we had the necklace in time for her special day. And it looks beautiful. Exactly what I wanted for a fair price! I love the idea of a family owned company custom designed pieces for my families special events!

Helen Wilkins Fun jewelry store with one of a kind designs made by local designers. My daughter purchased a necklace made from A repurposed vintage Chanel button and I purchased the owner’s caged pearl design necklace. Prices are incredibly reasonable and the owner is great and friendly. Definitely check out this gem of a store when visiting PS.
