5 /5 Gaming_ Rima: Stopped by this place to see about getting a watch, I was greeted by Tammie, who gladly showed me many watches. I asked for help finding one that would fit my style, seeing as I have a delicate wrist and didnt want anything too bulky. She pointed out a beautiful one, womens, and I took it. She set it for me, showed me how it worked, and answered all my questions about the watch flawlessly (if it was waterproof, if it would need battery replacements, cleaning it, etc). She even resized it for me and made sure I was happy with how it fit on me. 100% would reccommend going to Zales, especially with Tammie there.

5 /5 Kristine Fernando: Zales outlet in Ontario Mills is amazing! Me and my now husband walked in there on a random Monday night and were greeted by friendly staff. Tammie was the one who originally helped us find my ring and we are so grateful to have worked with her! She was so patient and knowledgeable, and answered all the questions we had. She never pressured us and gave us all the time in the world and I appreciated it. I walked out super happy with my engagement ring :) Service was so great that we went back the following week to get mine and my husband’s wedding band. They had such good deals that we ended up getting a watch too. The second time around we worked with Christian who also did an amazing job! Both Tammie and Christian were so helpful and made purchasing our engagement and wedding bands/watch fun and memorable! My husband and I will always come back to Zales outlet and know that we will come out satisfied :)

1 /5 Alex Raya: Do not come here. The quality of the jewelry and the craftsmanship is horrible. They sold me a 1 ct morganite heart shaped ring. It was over $1000.00. I did all of the annual inspections. The last inspection i did they said everything looked good. 1 week later the stone fell out and got lost. Their insurance policy didnt cover my stone because it was not a diamond. They sold me the insurance and had me do the inspections knowing that the stone wasnt covered. Ive had two gold necklaces break as well. Very very cheap quality jewelry
