5 /5 Myra: Zales, at the Promenade in Temecula, is absolutely the best!! I had a very pleasant overall experience. They offer a variety of beautiful, well-made jewelry pieces. And if you cant find anything you like in store or have a specific design in mind, they will try their best to make your desires come to life. Their customer service is top notch. They are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I didnt feel any judgment or pressure to make a purchase. There was clear communication throughout the buying process with detailed information regarding the warranty. I had the pleasure of having Cynthia handle my visit today and she was very informative and honest from start to finisg. And I love how she made sure that I was 1000% happy before walking out of the store. If youre able to, let Cynthia take care of you, but all staff members provide quality service.

She welcomed us with such warmth and care, and thoughtfully connected me with one of her associates for what felt like a personal shopping experience. My husband and I were shopping for anniversary bands and necklaces, and not only were our needs met, but the quality of the pieces and the value exceeded our expectations. I was so impressed with the service and selection that we returned again — this time to purchase a stunning 3ct anniversary band that’s currently being sized (not pictured yet!).
