Wanting to wear the family heirlooms, I needed to get the ring resized and appraised for insurance purposes. I contacted a few jewelry shops and received one response from Lulu at Christensen & Rafferty. Lulu was friendly, helpful and thoughtful from the first phone call. Everyone at the shop has always been so friendly, and informative. Lulu helped connect us closer our rings, which I would be wearing, making our engagement experience an opportunity to make more fond memories for our scrapbook of engagement and wedding experiences. I would never think to go to another jeweler, having been welcomed as we have been at C&R.
