Took a family heirloom (110+ year old engagement ring) here to get polished and resized. They don’t do anything in house and send it elsewhere. When we got it back there is a slit mark on the band that is sharp and visible. When we called them to let them know and how they would fix it, they shrugged it off and said oh well. They can send it back out to their contact that did the “repairs” to begin with but they have no idea what happened, or how to fix it and would not pay for the repairs. Definitely would not recommend!
