1 /5 Heymy Ceballos: terrible customer service, after you already bought from them, they treat you like a crazy person and laugh in your face, the manager himself, when they reduce ring sizes they damage the shape and steal the "gold" that is left over, now I have doubts if the jewels are authentic, how sad that they play with people like that. I will do whatever it takes to file a formal complaint.

1 /5 James Bender: Trash! Bought a 10k chain from here and the gold was literally coming off on my fingers..... Gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought something else. Bracelet falling apart before I can even get to my car in the parking lot. Dont but nothing from these scam artist. They tried to open a different jewelry store thinking ppl wouldnt notice it was the same place that scammed them and it was closed in less than 3years

1 /5 sten will: Terrible people with a smile getting over on people who want chains or pendants. I bought three chains from them over three days having each appraised same day at a different place and two out of three were fake, and one was hollow 5kt or less gold they sold to me as 10k.. they gave me my money back but still offered me overpriced jewelry and are not to be trusted. Over priced fake or Hollow cheaply made jewelry. Shop around outside the area and see. They will sell you half the weight in hollow gold what other people may sell you for solid. Also, dont trust Zales or Kays...

1 /5 Miss Carter: Do not go to this place for any reason st all they took a look at my diamond and gold bracelet and took it in the back for the repair person to look at and came back and said a piece was missing. Their was no piece missing my link just detached they stole a link and the piece that the latch clips into and then gaslighted me.
