Macy White I went there a few months ago and loved this black mother of pearl flower necklace. It wasnt quite time to get it yet. Fast forward a few more months and for our anniversary I brought my husband in and showed it to him and he also loved it. He bought it for me and I love feeling so beautiful when I wear it! Na Hoku has beautifully unique pieces and the prices are very reasonable as well! The salespeople were very kind and we had a great time chatting about our love for jewelry

We spent three hours (yes, three!) trying to find the perfect ring, and NOT once did she lose her patience even though I kept changing my mind about the stones, colors, and sizes. She was so accommodating, helpful, and honestly just fun to be around! Her sense of humor made the whole experience feel like we were shopping with a friend, not just a supervisor. Christina Salama I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom designed at this shop. While I had one experience at the time, my experience going in today was so refreshing. Christina promptly attended to my repair (removing the beads to re-size the bands). I also inquired about whether it needed a deep clean and replating the white gold. she took a look at my rings and gave me honest feedback on the service that needed to be done. Not only that but the jeweler on site was able to complete the repair while I waited. They were also able to assist with a necklace that I purchased elsewhere needing a small repair. Although Christina was in an appointment, she treated me with patience and respect and didn’t rush me with my questions which will absolutely keep me as a repeat customer.
