Both of those times I had the pleasure to be helped by Philipa and valued the knowledge and ability to see the rings I was considering in person. I came prepared with my questions, but she was also able to contribute some information I wasnt considering. The overall process was great and painless. I am happy with the ring once I received it and enjoyed interacting back and forth. Finally, love that there is a physical store within driving distance to conduct inquiries if I need to.
