1 /5 Ray Claudio: I’ve never been to a more unprofessional watch store. Be careful, they scam at this location. Not all bayside watches are like this, I have good experiences at other locations. I bought a watch from them about a month ago, and I asked specifically if they had the original box and papers. As it’s a brand new watch from a seeming legitimate store I believed them when they said they did. Long story short I was given a much older seiko box with the wrong papers. I found out when I showed my friend the watch and he pointed out it was the wrong box and papers. The only reason I can think of is that they wanted to save a quick penny. Very disappointed in this, I should’ve seen the signs when I had to ask for my spare links after they sized it, as they assumed I didn’t want them. They now refuse to help me in any way.

5 /5 Burnerprod: Mo was extremely polite to me . He offered a great selection of bands and jewelry to choose from. And was very fast when it came to swapping my batteries out in my watches. 10/10 customer service . I will definitely be coming by again !

2 /5 Jessica Sanchez: Overall a clean store and friendly staff. I don’t mind paying money for goods and services , however I do when I’m feeling ripped off. It was my bad for not asking engraving prices beforehand like I asked about their items and kits, but when I did ask for itemized pricing for engraving , employee could not explain what cost what. $75 for a date and I love you. If cost was determined by word, per letter, etc. I feel clarification needs to take place beforehand for a better customer experience and returning patrons / referrals. Maybe get your items here but your engraving elsewhere.

1 /5 Brendalyn Garcia: Paid $32 for supposedly a new battery with a one year warranty. A little after one month it stopped working, so I took it back. Bobby refused to accept it, blamed the watch/company, and managed to worsen it by completely dislodging a piece of the face. They are disloyal to their own policies and mistreated my delicate watch.
