5 /5 Christina Salama: I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom designed at this shop. While I had one experience at the time, my experience going in today was so refreshing. Christina promptly attended to my repair (removing the beads to re-size the bands). I also inquired about whether it needed a deep clean and replating the white gold. she took a look at my rings and gave me honest feedback on the service that needed to be done. Not only that but the jeweler on site was able to complete the repair while I waited. They were also able to assist with a necklace that I purchased elsewhere needing a small repair. Although Christina was in an appointment, she treated me with patience and respect and didn’t rush me with my questions which will absolutely keep me as a repeat customer. From start to finish, they made the entire process feel exciting, personal, and completely stress-free. Troy was a wealth of knowledge when it came to selecting the perfect diamond! He walked me through everything I needed to know and helped me understand what really makes a diamond exceptional. Cristina took the vision I had in my head for the ring design and somehow made it even better than I imagined. Her creativity and attention to detail were amazing. They are a great team through the whole process. The final result was stunning, and my fiancée absolutely loves it. Not only was the whole process enjoyable, but their pricing was also very fair which is something that really stood out in comparison to other places I looked. I honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience, and were so happy with everything that were already planning to go back to work with them on our wedding bands. Highly recommend!

I became interested in/started doing research on elongated cushion brilliants a couple of years ago because I felt like the shape suited me. I became frustrated because I talked to over 20 jewelers describing exactly what I was looking for (an elongated cushion with the brilliance of a round) but they kept falling short. I was shown so many diamonds that were lackluster and was even shown some radiants and told they were close enough. I also wanted a balance of quality and a fair price because I didn’t want my partner paying an arm and a leg. Elongated cushions vary so much, even within the same categories (brilliant, antique, etc.). I just wasn’t seeing the exact look I wanted to go for. I came across Liberty diamonds on TikTok and Troy was passionate about the same thing I was, cushion brilliants. He was so knowledgeable and it took him only 2 tries for him to send me my dream diamond. As soon as I saw it, I messaged the other potential jeweler that we would no longer be proceeding. Troy was so passionate, professional, and so kind! He was different from all the other jewelers we had spoken with and actually sent a video of the diamond in natural light, ABSOLUTELY blowing us away. It made our decision so easy. We received SO many compliments from friends and family and we couldn’t be happier. He literally allowed me to have my dream ring at an incredibly amazing price that felt good for both of us. 5 /5 Ethan Ogomori: We are so happy we found this diamond shop! First off, the shop is very clean, and well lit. The staff was super polite and provided us with sparkling water (or any drink requested) upon our arrival. Troy and his staff gave us the best experience possible in buying our engagement ring. We were initially going to to buy at a corporate company (ie blue nile), but were afraid the experience wouldn’t be personable. Troy was the polar opposite and exactly what we were looking for. Troy was beyond friendly, and went the extra mile to educate us with all his vast knowledge (we only knew a bit that was through research online). He was beyond knowledgeable, and you could tell he’s been doing this for decades. I’d like to add that we saved a ton of money with Troy, and got a by far nicer diamond than if we went to a corporate jeweler. We never felt pressured to buy, it was such a pleasurable process and we look forward to seeing him for our future rings!
