She explained the features so clearly for me that I had to come back after 2 weeks to buy my engagement ring from her. It wasn’t just the deal she presented to me but it was her professionalism, her empathy and her support that guided me to choosing the right plan. I’ll be biased to say this but I’m glad I met Lizeth the first time I walked into Kevin Jewellers store in Montclair mall. She’s an expert and she’s good at what she does. I recommend 100/10.

1 /5 lisa hinds: Last year my boyfriend bought me earrings the screw backs are supposed to be a safety so that you dont lose your earrings we had insurance for damages or loss of diamonds their earrings screwed out of my ear and was ran over in the parking lot luckily I found it and took it back for repair steel screws off doesnt match the other rain and then a couple of weeks ago he bought me an engagement ring which was a resale that he didnt know about someone elses name have been engraved in scratched out but the whole name wasnt scratched out I asked what was this when we took it back to have its sized and she said it could be the companys name Im not stupid why would you guys scratch their name out her sitting there with that silly grin on her face proceeded to say he got it for a deal a resold ring Im telling you save your heart these two purchases have been the worst and what a disappointment on an engagement ring she also lied to him and insisted that my ring size was at 7 shes never sized my finger so how would you know needless to say our insurance didnt cover the repair of earrings so whats the point of the insurance they charges for the repair on their bad quality jewelry buyer beware make sure you take your magnifying glass and examine your rings your earrings your watches whatever
