Michael, who oversees the shop has vast knowledge of his inventory as well as estate jewelry. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Also, he has a great personality to go along with his knowledge! I feel looking for estate jewelry info can contact Calhoun whether or not they live in the Carmel area. You wont be disappointed!

5 /5 Janice Sutphin: I planned to explore estate jewelers on my short trip to Carmel. I found Calhoun Estate Jewelers and was immediately attracted to the presentation of the displays. Michael was working and he was joy to work with. He was easily able to pick out items I might like based on my descriptions. There was no pressure and a relaxed atmosphere. Other customers come and went in the store and all seemed happy with their time in the store. Michael was able to help more than one customer at a time with ease. I ended up buying both a beautiful pair of handmade 14 karat gold earrings and vintage handmade platinum diamond and ruby ring. I couldnt be any happier with my purchases and experience. Dont miss this store on your trip to Carmel.

5 /5 Mindy Douthit: While in Carmel for a wedding, we decided to just pop in to Calhoun Estate Jewelers while we were out walking around the town. Michael welcomed us in and let us just browse. He was very knowledgeable about all of the incredible pieces in the shop. Even though we werent really shopping for any specific piece, he kindly opened the case and showed us some very special pieces. What was so great about the experience though was the story/history he knew of each piece, what made the craftsmanship so special and what made each piece unique. He did this in a way that wasnt at all pressure sales. We could tell he really loved the unique pieces and was happy to show them off.
