No Way I did not want a pre manufactured ring from a corporate store. I wanted a custom made ring and came to a little mom and pop store here in Seal Beach. Had it made and it was a little big. We asked if we could design it smaller and they did it with no hassles. This was the best decision ever. The owner was very professional and since it was a wedding ring she knew the importance and never once tried to upsale us or pressure us into anything. She helped design it from the beginning with drawings, then from drawings she made a wax ring, then molded the gold. Beautiful!!!

Katie Jerome My fiancé and I got my engagement ring here. We had a wonderful experience. They 3D print the rings, so you can get any design you want often cheaper than what you see online or at other commercial jewelry stores. You can tell they care about the quality and service they provide. I sent them pictures of what I wanted the ring to look like an they sent back what they created in their program. It was about a two week process from start to finish. I am very happy with my ring, it came out amazing. We are getting married in July and getting our wedding bands made here, too.

dava Day My second custom ring I’ve had designed with them and I’m so happy! It’s absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. They always make my dreams come true! It was very nice, I walked in spoke with mike about what I was wanting and the next day I had a preview video of the ring! A few changes, a try on wax mold and almost 4 weeks later my dream ring was ready to pick up! I just love it! Thank you guys!

Sarah Bishop BEST JEWELER AROUND!! My husband and I first met the owner of Ayala Jewelers in 2010 when we were engaged to be married. She was so wonderful and worked with us (we were young kids, right out of high school!) We loved the rings that we purchased from her and that was my set until my husband bought me a new set for our 10 year anniversary! We ended up moving out of State in 2016. When I was back in CA visiting, this year (2023), the ring my husband bought me for our 10 year anniversary (from another jeweler) bent pretty badly. I stopped by Ayala Jewelers to see if shed be able to fix the ring with how badly it was bent (it was a VERY thin band, dont recommend if you have a big stone!) First, she remembered me from all of those years ago!! That meant SO much to me It was great to catch up and fill her in on the life my husband and I had created with our 4 children Second, she went above and beyond with resetting my 2.5ct Moissanite stone into a thicker band and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I had to fly back home before it was ready and she paid to have it shipped to me priority. She kept in touch and communicated well with every step of the way. She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Even though I am now out of State, I will still go through her business with any of my Jeweler needs, and I recommend her to all of my local family and friends! Nicole Taylor I love my permanent jewelry! Ashley always does an amazing job and is extremely talented. I love coming to see her, she is super kind and the sweetest. I started out with a ring and an anklet last year. Ended up adding one more ring and second anklet this year. She has gained a lifelong client and refers her to all my friends and family :)

M K I bought a bracelet from here and at the same time they showed a gold Kara to another customer and forgot it on the weighing machine and when we started going back home they did not let us go out and made us stand at the door until they got the kara, while we were away from those customers. It was very embarrassing for us. They dont know how to behave with a customer. Very unprofessional.
