5 /5 Eric Weis: I bought my first luxury watch, a GS spring drive titanium model, at this vendor’s San Gabriel store back in June of 2019. It’s an incredible watch and it only loses about four seconds per month! The day that I purchased this item, I felt like that I got the full experience of buying a luxury watch. When I arrived, Steven sat me down at a specific table. He presented the watch to me along with its warranty card, a fresh water bottle, and a gift bag filled with a GS hat and brochures. Then Steven resized the watch band for my wrist and he explained the service protocol for GS. We shook hands and parted company. I highly recommend Chong Hing Jewelers.

1 /5 Javier Hernandez: If I could put 0 stars, I would. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I came in to place a special order for a watch bracelet you can only get at an AD. I paid in advance and was told that itd be ready for pick up within 2 weeks. Ok, no problem. After 3 weeks, I had to call them only to find out it arrived a week after I place the order. They never bothered to call/text me. I arrive to pick up, only to realize they ordered the wrong bracelet. Im now going on 3 months without my bracelet. Ive called numerous times for a status update to no avail. Now Im requesting a refund and theyre giving a hard time. So I demanded to speak to the manager who finally authorized a refund. Dont be fooled by the wide selection of brands and the inventory on display. They lack basic sales and interaction abilities, which make for a really bad experience. They are not familiar with their products. They dont offer welcoming hospitality. They dont show interest in engaging you. They clearly get bothered when asked questions. If they dont know the answer to something, they dont even attempt to get the information. Its absurd. DO NOT SHOP HERE, ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. Drive a little bit further if you have to, especially if you want a good experience when shopping for high-priced items.

A big thank you to Cecilia, as she helped me pick out a wonderful Jaeger LeCoultre dress watch that I absolutely love. She was patient and helped show me various options to make sure I left with the right watch for me. A great experience, thank you!

1 /5 Jim Kraxberger: I purchased and Omega Seamaster 200m Automatic from them in two-tone gold. I received a good price and looked forward to a long term relationship with this business. When it came time to have my watch serviced, I naturally took my watch back there. When I returned, I was treated poorly by the staff, my watch was missing external gold, and all I received was obnoxious attitude from the staff. It is obvious that they are only interested in sales and not customer service. Since then, I have taken all my watches to branded Omega jewelers. Never again will I trust my timepieces to such despicable treatment as I received there.
