Danielle Duncan Nice, professional, and welcoming . Efficient and fast . Great place for not only repairs but anything gold related. They also have a sign that reads "we buy coins" in a shopping center with different food options if your hungry. I love people who love what they do and treat their customers fairly. I have brought multiple pieces of jewelry for repair and am never under satisfied. Their prices have been very fair and under asking prices of other repair shops. Still providing top notch work .

Shelby Maderr I came here with my mom to get jewelry for my sister’s engagement. There was a large selection of quality pieces to choose from and we found everything we were looking for!! We have been here a couple more times since then and each time we were always treated like family! The jewelry pieces are beautiful and are truly amazing quality. Jade My partner and I went to dozens of jewelers and did months of research when we were trying to find my engagement ring. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I couldnt find it anywhere. When we found Skalet Family Jewelers, our experience was incredible. The owner, Howard, was welcoming and friendly. One of the rings felt really close to what I was looking for but it wasnt quite right. I mentioned this to Howard, and he explained how he could customize the design and made me feel comfortable asking questions about it. I didnt feel pressured to make any decisions on the spot. My fiancé and I talked about it outside and decided to go for it. When I saw the design for the first time, it was beautiful. It captured the heart of what I wanted, but there were a few aspects that werent perfect. Howard made some amazing suggestions and I loved them. Howard texted me updates about the design and sent examples of different gem options. He was really accommodating of our budget and found us a center stone that was stunning and in our price range. My partner finished the process with Howard and gave me the ring at Sacramento Pride. I was in awe. It is the most beautiful ring Ive ever seen. Its better than I had imagined and I could not be happier with the results. My experience was above and beyond expectations. I will be a life long customer.

Joe G This place is awesome near the Food Court. Its a kiosk in the center aisle. I had a Fossil watch with a missing pin and cracked glass. I bought it Macys several years ago and it is my favorite. I had Macys send it to their repair center and they wanted $210 to fix it. Thats more than what I paid! I had them send it back to me. I found"Keeping Time" Repair and ask the owner at the counter if he would check out my watch get me a new pin and a new glass face cover. He said come back in 20 minutes itll be $35.00 !! I was truly amazed. I returned in 20 minutes and my watch was done and beautiful ! He even made sure to have the correct date on my watch. The next time I need to watch Im going back to "Keeping Time" for sure. Best $35.00 I ever spent.

francis kast The woman running this wonderful watch store on Sundays is just a delight and super helpful and friendly. The prices for replacing a watch battery are the best around. They have a good selection of watch brands to choose from if you are interested in buying a new watch. The prices for watches are very good. This store is located in the Inland center right by Macys. So if you need a new battery for a loved watch or you are in the market for a new one shop at Watch Works. They can also repair or clean your watch movement as needed. I will be bringing all of my business to this store from now on.

Sarc i had such a good experience at this jewelry store. the staff was welcoming, patient, and really knowledgeable about their pieces. they took the time to explain different options and made sure i found something that fit my budget. the quality is amazing and you can tell they really care about their customers. definitely recommend if you’re looking for something special.

Blaine Perryman I can’t say how much of a great experience I’ve had! Bree and Rachel have been the best very knowledgeable. I brought my grandma wedding ring and wanted it turned into a necklace. They were amazing in sending it out keeping me updated throughout the whole process I just picked it up and almost in tears at how beautiful and amazing it turned out!
