The entire process from start to finish was effortless and the customer support was amazing. Our Final Fantasy XIV (Warrior and Black Mage) themed rings are even better than we initially thought possible. There were also no issues with shipping or doing everything remotely from Europe. We expect this wont be the last time we ask Takayas to make something for us.

Ironically he and his now wife were in the same area during their college years, not far from where we currently live. They spent years there while his wife was in school and he worked. The store is fabulous, huge selection and gorgeous craftsmanship!! Can’t wait to go back!!
