The process was so easy and fun and now my boyfriend knows my exact dream ring to get when he is ready! I recommend going in because what I thought I wanted was actually changed because in person viewing is very different than online. Definitely make an appointment to go in and take a look because it’s worth it!

Marisa McGinnis Today my battery died on my Tag Heuer watch. I walked in and Peter told me to have a seat while he changed the battery. Ive been going to him for years and am always satisfied with the fast, professional service. He is very knowledgeable about watches. I love the watch, which I bought used many years ago, because it is waterproof (I think its a diving watch), it looks great and it only does one thing: tell time without me having to push any buttons.

Rachel Ramirez I just had a wonderful experience with Carrie. She saw me and helped me. I always feel like a bother since I always want to see different styles of jewelry and she was patient with me. I also want to say that a lot of the other consultants were all gathering behind the display counter and talking which I understand, but props to I believe was the manager for telling them to not do that and to go to the front of the store and welcome guests. Theyve continued to expand the artists they showcase and always include unique designs in all price ranges. Ill go in to look for a gift and then see something I cant live without.
