Lucas Mayer Eli is incredible. When I came to him looking for help with an engagement ring, I could not have been less knowledgeable. Eli was a patient teacher who took the time to really help me understand what I wanted and then bring the vision to life. he helped with some funky last-minute customizations without any issue. The price was incredibly fair. The quality of the craftsmanship was fantastic. Most importantly, he treated my fiancé with such care and respect--he made her feel heard, valued, and totally at ease. He even fixed one of her old necklaces for free, which was so unnecessary and so sweet of him. We went back to Eli for our wedding rings as much so we could see him again as because of his excellent selection. Eli was a wonderful, fun guide--helping us through this part of our engagement and wedding planning. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Eli.

This place also repairs jewelry which is very helpful. I take my necklaces, watches and bracelets in for repair and downsizing. I also have my girls bracelets engraved here.

In this case, the service I received from Kay Jewelers, and especially from Ms. Sara Aslany, was exceptional. I visited the store close to closing time and expected to be rushed or possibly overlooked. Instead, Sara warmly welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire experience. Thanks to her guidance, I left the store with 2 beautiful rings by far the best purchases I’ve ever made from all Kay stores. Joana R I went to get my ears pierced and Im beyond happy because the girls did such a good job, both with my mom and I. Ive had my ears done other places and they always got infected. But not this time, if your considering this jewelry store I highly recommend it.

In the past I have purchased other items. Mary is so helpful, knowledgeable, down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. Mary assisted and showed me different options.
