They were amazing in sending it out keeping me updated throughout the whole process I just picked it up and almost in tears at how beautiful and amazing it turned out! Michael Weisert My wedding band shrank ;-) and had to be cut off. Local jewelers couldnt deal with soft gold on platinum. So, I went back to the original source, Geneve. Very nice professionals. Fixed my ring, resizing required and also resized my wifes matching wedding band. The price seemed reasonable considering my ring is worth 4 times what I paid for it in 1994. Yay!

Victor Preciado I just want to say thank you to Trina at Napa Pendleton. Ive lived in Sacramento and now I live in San Francisco. This is my go to store. I tend to arrive at closing and unfortunately its not uncommon for me to buy a bunch of stuff and return half of it a week later unused with the tags on and trina is always polite about helping me. I also want to say... in general; Trina is a great person to ask for advice on pairing clothing or gifts. Just look at her. She should be in a Pendleton. Shes unique. See you again Trina!

emilee roskam I’ve been to this cute shop a few times now and every-time I’ve been in the staff is friendly, the store is clean, and I always find something I end up loving! I’ve bought a few rings and most recently a pair of super cute earrings. Staff is helpful and patient which is great for someone like me who may be a bit shy and have a hard time asking for assistance. 10/10 recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

Megan van Krieken I came in to get my watch battery replaced. The repair person discovered that whoever did it before had glued down the battery. He kept the watch and not only replaced the battery but also replaced a missing gasket. He cleaned out some moisture that had collected due to the missing gasket. He did this in his home workshop and dropped it off at my house the next day. Amazing service!! Highly recommend.
