Megan van Krieken I came in to get my watch battery replaced. The repair person discovered that whoever did it before had glued down the battery. He kept the watch and not only replaced the battery but also replaced a missing gasket. He cleaned out some moisture that had collected due to the missing gasket. He did this in his home workshop and dropped it off at my house the next day. Amazing service!! Highly recommend.

I stumbled upon them on Google when I was looking for places in San Francisco that carried salt and pepper diamonds. I was creating a custom engagement, that Ive dreamt about for many years. I had a very specific style in mind. Round brilliant cut salt and pepper diamond, cathedral setting, natural white diamonds on the pave, and set in rose gold. They made my dream a reality! I had so many questions, because I wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured. Ben is who helped me create my gorgeous ring. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff there is super warm and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. I could not be happier with the finished product, customer service, price, and overall experience. When it comes to a piece of jewelry you are going to wear for the rest of your life, you want it to be absolutely perfect, and they made that happen. Jesse Jones Very honest and good work. Brought in a gold chain I had bought maybe 5-6 years ago, wanted to turn it into 2 bracelets. Decided to do 3 bracelets so I can give one to my little sister. Was gonna be $360, I was fine with that. They called before starting the work to let me know it was silver with gold on top instead of full solid gold, so it’d be $150 instead. Could’ve just charged me $360 but they are very honest and do great work, I love how it turned out now I can make use of a chain I had never worn. They also finished in about 2 hours which was great, I was expecting it’d be an all day thing. 10/10 will definitely come back
