From the moment we connected with Marc, Brenton, and the entire team, we knew we were in expert hands. Even though we’re not local, the process was seamless - every detail was handled with care and intention, and the final pieces were shipped to us with such professionalism and thoughtfulness. The craftsmanship is stunning (and incredibly transparent), and the customer service is truly top-notch. We already know we’ll be coming back for future pieces. Could not recommend Bluestone more!

I don’t live here I drive 4hrs every time but it’s so worth it, they always help me find what Im looking for… mind you sometimes I like things that need to be adjusted and they always go above and beyond to get it to me the same day , in a couple hours sometimes less ..literally in no time which definitely works for me since I’m traveling long ways and I usually stop here right as I’m heading back home .. definitely recommend checking them out you won’t be disappointed

My friends and I were able to find what we were looking for and more! The staff are also very nice and ask that you sanitize your hands before fully going into the store (yes, sanitation!). I’m extremely happy that we stopped by and I’ll definitely be making future visits.

Mathew Fontes DJs repurposed some jewelry for me that had been sitting in the closet. I found DJs establishment trustworthy and the work they performed was highly skilled. They helped me design an arrangement and gave me a fair price. I will be returning. I highly recommend this jeweler.

Debbie Chou We found a ring design online that we really liked, but it wasn’t available in platinum. Design Jewelers was able to make custom rings in platinum for us — and we love the result! They were also able to accommodate our timeline and finished the rings in just one week, which we really appreciated. One suggestion for others making custom rings: provide as many details as possible up front. We had envisioned a mirror-polished finish, but the reference we sent actually had a matte look. Our rings were made with a matte finish initially, but when we realized the mismatch, Design Jewelers kindly polished them for us at no extra charge (even with engravings inside the rings) — and we were able to pick them up the very next day! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend them for custom wedding rings!

Blake Crosby I’ve been here twice, and both times been impressed. Staff is extremely friendly, and he was patient enough to help me make a custom bracelet for my best friend. The creativity, care, and customer service was very worth paying here for both times!!
