Anna G Great place for a custom ring! They were so nice and polite throughout the whole process, and it looks even better in person than it did in the design! Love that its not a big chain store and they do the work on premise too - if you walk past the outside windows, you can see the jeweler hard at work.

We brought it in 2 days before our wedding and they repaired it within a day and made it a whole size bigger. While we were in they were all so kind and personable and even shined my ring for me! The staff was welcoming and attentive when helping me choose the right jewelry size and placement, and their selection was beautiful. The cleaning process was meticulous. They even demonstrated an iodine test on the needle to ensure it was sterile and safe. I also appreciated the clear aftercare instructions and their encouragement to reach out with any questions during the healing process. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I would absolutely go back again!

Hector Marin After an exhausting search for someone to repair my glasses (the best quote received was 3 weeks to fix for $95), I came across Stop & Fix in Westfield Mall. They looked at my glasses and told me they could recreate the missing piece and would have it fixed in an hour and a half. It came out beautiful and for only $40. Great old-fashioned craftsman at work! 5 stars! Also, very nice people!
