5 /5 Hector Marin: After an exhausting search for someone to repair my glasses (the best quote received was 3 weeks to fix for $95), I came across Stop & Fix in Westfield Mall. They looked at my glasses and told me they could recreate the missing piece and would have it fixed in an hour and a half. It came out beautiful and for only $40. Great old-fashioned craftsman at work! 5 stars! Also, very nice people!

5 /5 Kyle Cowherd: Staff here were awesome. They were very knowledgeable about my Omega watch and helped me get it to fit perfect. I had first went to another watch repair in the mall and they were triple the price and after the first adjustment the jeweler did not want to do it without charging again after I didn’t love the fit. Came here they fixed it right up in 15 minutes (the other took an hour) and were very nice guys! Definitely the place to go.

5 /5 Casey Shoemate: I took my grandfathers antique watch here where I met with Luis. He immediately offered amazing one on one service. First providing a quick look over the watch to see what might need fixing. The quote was exactly what I expected it to be and then the final price was even less. He took the utmost care to disassemble the watch without causing further damage (which previous jewelers told me was inevitable when taking this watch apart because of the high-tensioned main spring). Amazingly, it was done perfectly and the final price was much less than the quoted price meaning the quoted price was going to be the maximum it would take for me to restore my grandfathers watch. Luis was great with communication along with timeliness. He finished fixing the watch a lot quicker than I had expected. When I went to pick it up, although it was late, he greeted me with a pleasant smile as soon as he saw my face. I have to say I was not expecting him to remember me, especially with how many people he must see in a day. This reassured me that my watch was in good hands as not only are they great at what they do, but they have great customer service skills making me feel welcomed and taken care of. He even threw in a free re-sizing due to the large job at hand. Thanks to Luis I have an amazing watch from my Grandfather that works wonderfully. I will definitely be going back if I have any future issues with other watches.
