Christopher Salguero Went here for an insurance replacement and D was so nice! She was in the middle of something when we approached the counter, and she greeted us and offered us a seat. She got through the submission for the replacement super easily and quickly. Verified my account and even showed us a few other chains that might work with the pendant whose chain was being sent out to be fixed. The chain was perfect and showed us how to adjust it. She was very sweet through the whole transaction and honestly I may come back here again to see what else they have.

She suggested the most perfect adjustable silver chain and even had her jeweler remove the jump ring and attach the stones for me. It was ready so quickly and truly everything was perfection. The whole staff is amazing, I look forward to my next visit hopefully soon!!
