Thomson Ho Having had my fair share of experiences with various ADs (some not so great), walking into Kerns Jewelers was honestly a huge breath of fresh air. Every time Im in the area, I make an effort to stop by and I always feel so welcome. Its not just a store—they really make you feel like part of the family, even though I am a newer client. This past weekend was no exception and truly set the bar high for me. I would expect nothing less now, and it feels like I found my new home. I had first learned about Kerns Jewelers as a sponsor for the local Hillsborough Concours (Im a huge car nut), and with many of my friends and clients being active attendees and participants over the last few years, I knew I was in the right place. Josette, Mingyi, and Eric are absolutely fantastic. Super knowledgable and respectful team. The entire staff is incredibly hospitable each time I pay a visit. Eric especially went out of his way to meet with me during my last visit this past weekend, and I never once felt any pressure during any previous visits. The team made it super easy to sell a few old pieces I wasnt wearing anymore. The service is truly top-notch and unparalleled. What really stood out was how their genuine interest in my needs led to an easy and natural conversation that felt less like a transaction and more like a real friendship. I felt they took my inquiries seriously and noted everything accordingly. As a business owner (albeit not in a relevant industry), I know how important it is to build genuine relationships with people. The way Eric’s team has conducted business - they’ve completely nailed it. The service was so commendable that I cant even imagine going anywhere else now. I even got to try on some of the few pieces that I liked. Its easy to see why all my friends, colleagues, and even clients speak so highly about this place. Im delighted I found my home and look forward to building a long term relationship with the Kerns family. Im also excited to pay their new Patek boutique in the city a visit one of these days. Veronica Roth Highly recommend! Awesome customer service! I have been looking for months for this ring and was about to give up. I was done searching in all the Malls and Jewelry Stores. All I wanted was a plain 7/8 mm white gold comfort fit ring. Nobody had this in their stores. Only 3mm and it was making me frustrated. They could only tell me how much it would cost and they wanted 1/2 down just to order what they think I wanted. Jewelry store had to order it anyway, so I took the chance and started shopping online instead. I started searching on the weekend and the lady who called me back on her day off insure me that they were a real store and described the ring I was looking at. The price was half of what the Jewelers wanted and I had it engraved too. It was an intense two week wait, but in the end it was the Perfect Ring!

Bryce My Fiance and I found Princess Bride on instagram after trying to find the right fit to what she was envisioning. We made an appointment with Jackie and from the start we knew we made the right decision. She was so incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. After 4 amazing visits we finalized the render for the ring and was finished only ONE month later. It came out exactly as imagined. Perfect fit and finish. I would recommend Jackie over and over again. Plan to go back many more times for wedding bands and other pieces of jewelry.

Not only was I pleased with the quick service and care that Nick provided, but he was professional, friendly, and explained in detail how he repaired, reset the stones, cleaned and polished my ring. I am beyond thrilled and honestly, my ring looks better than brand new, if thats at all possible. Very reasonable rates, too. I would only recommend Gold Rush Jewelers for any of your jewelry needs. christian sanchez I loved the service that I received at the Ventura store. Very nice sales representative (Carlos). And I thinks I got a very good price for the services needed (2 rings resized, one small diamond and to make it white again). Im beyond happy with my rings. They made them look better that other places where I took them before. Im very veey happy with their service and will sure be back again.

Sebastian Urtiz Beautiful ring and quality service! My fiancé and I were looking to upgrade/update a heirloom engagement ring that was initially my grandmothers. My significant other is quite creative and had a very specific design in mind, we met with 3 or 4 different shops, had zoom meetings and nothing felt quite right. Thats until we decided to check out Yale Jewelers. Joe and Marla were very helpful, patient and understanding. Joe worked closely with my fiancé until we all felt confident about the design of the new ring. It was very collaborative, Joes communication was second to none he kept us in the loop throughout all stages of the process, but above all the feeling felt right the whole time. Appreciate the help and would highly recommend!

He designs them in front of you and you are able to see it on the screen as he shows you different styles. He is super knowledgeable about stones and was extremely helpful in guiding us through choosing our rings. He helped us find rings within our budget, which we greatly appreciated. No other jewelry store had given us this type of service and we knew right away we wanted to get our rings there. We will be back soon for our wedding bands!
