Michelle Wentz Absolutely stunning jewelry and even more amazing people. They were so so kind and helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we stepped out with our new ring celebrating 15 years of love. They were patient as I asked to see a closeup of every ring I was interested in, they never once rushed me. My whole family was treated with kindness and they took my young daughter’s thoughts into account. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and can’t wait to be back for my next upgrade!

Leniii I always go to this store and the employees are super nice and the customer service is amazing. But I recently went with my friend to icing , I am hispanic and she’s African American. As soon as we walked in the store this one cashier she’s a white older lady who has her hair dyed dark red and has tattoos on her arm, she gave us a dirty look and didn’t greet us. We felt unwelcome and stereotyped . As we were trying to shop she followed us and kept eyeing us , when she got a line she told another employee to follow us and stood so close to us . We were not stealing we were just trying to shop. It makes me mad when they assume you’re going to steal without proof.

Andrew Garner I was greeted by a nice young lady and I told her my watch band needed resizing. She passed it on to the technical dept and he had it done in two minutes tops. Fit was good and very pleased with everything. I had tried to adjust it myself and I bent the cheap tool that came with the watch. I recommend this shop.

Nancy Sarver I will say that my cuff bracelet is just beautiful. However, the order I placed was for 2 items. The necklace was to be personalized. I received my bracelet 3 weeks after order. Online account showed both were shipped. When I attempted to call the company 9 times, I spoke with someone once. None of my messages were returned. Emails took 2-3 days to return and I was told story after story that it was being shipped Needless to say, I won’t order from LLC again. The necklace finally arrived today. 7 weeks after order. In my last correspondence with a LLC representative, there was no apology or even an acknowledgment that the service was less than satisfactory but they did offer me a discount on future orders. Haha. Nice try

Chhavon Pin The man is a craftsman! He was very patient and shared his expertise with me. Worked with and advised me on two pendants of ivory. I wanted a more ornate design and of course he could do it. He advised it would cost more and wouldn’t add functionality as far as fastening the piece and aesthetically it would take away from “nature” or it’s look. Most of his business is repeat and referral, which is telling of any outfit. I was referred. He is very busy, it took at least two weeks but we are happy!

Julissa Zamora My fiancé surprised me with a ring upgrade, we went to Daniel’s and though we were on a time crunch due to traveling they were able to rush ship and upgrade ny stone at no extra cost. They were very friendly and offered the best price!
