5 /5 Emily Arnott: My fiance and i went 3 weeks ago. We were initially just looking until i fell in love with one ring. Went back three weeks after initially looking and the staff remembered us. They’re extremely kind and helpful with discussing all of our financial options without making you feel trapped into one option. The older gentleman was extremely kind and talked with us throughout the whole process with stories he had relating to things about my fiance and i. which was a very nice conversation to have while debating financial options. they have a very wide selection of rings. all very good quality and a ton of lab made designs. if ever we were to get a new ring/ add bands i’d absolutely go back to this place! really good experience overall. they also weren’t bothered when i asked to try on a ton of different ring styles and options. very patient people and all so kind. also extremely reasonably priced with good deals depending how you pay!

2 /5 Ashley Bradshaw: I hate to write this review because my husband has bought a few piece from Kevin jewelers which we haven’t had issues with. But the most important and most expensive piece bought was my 10 year Anniversary wedding ring. He purchased it in November 2023 picked it up end of January 2024 (due to sizing it took a little longer to get). By mid February of that year a diamond came out of the ring. Because we no longer live in California, I had to ship the ring to my stepmom, who then had to bring it to Kevin jewelers, who then had to ship it to their “people” To determine the cost to replace the diamond. After waiting about a month, I finally received the cost to replace a diamond which we agreed to. Again because we don’t live in town and because it was over $100 to replace the diamond my stepmom had to drive back to the mall to pay in person to fix it on my behalf. Fast forward to now, just over one year later from getting it back after the Diamond was replaced. Another diamond has now fallen out! I am terrified to wear this beautiful ring my husband bought me. I’m afraid more and more diamonds will be falling out, and I’ll continuously be having to pay to replace the diamonds. Attached is the photo from the first time and now this time. In the meantime, I guess I will be wearing my original wedding ring that I’ve never lost any diamonds out of in over 11 years (thank you Zales for that!)

I am now a lifetime customer thanks to the service of these 2 ladies! It was a delightful easy exchange! Beautiful selection, great location, amazing staff.

She is absolutely amazing, she is friendly, professional and is very educated about the jewelry she sells! I love the products that Kevin’s sells and this was no different, great price and great quality! Than you Connie!
