Torri Creamer Elaine is the only jeweler Ive ever worked with, and I fully intend never to go anywhere else. I first went in just to explore some options for the style of my engagement ring. That day, Elaine was so patient and helpful, she let me try on ring after ring, held up stone after stone to different bands for me to see, and talked me through the process of creating the custom ring of my DREAMS! I left that day with a deposit down, received the CAD design a week or so later, and my ring was ready in another week or two. When I picked it up, her and her team helped me look at all the wedding bands I liked to decide what I should send my fiancé back for later ;) Elaine helped me realize my vision, and made sure that the end result was everything exactly as I wanted. She answered all my questions and made sure the ring was an affordable option for us. She was so kind, creative, inspiring, and reassuring during this process. You can tell she loves her work, and that shes an honest and ethical business owner. Ill be recommending her to everyone I know. I love my ring and am so grateful to her for making it possible

marisol rodriguez I got my second permanent jewelry piece today and I am in love! Lili was so sweet and professional. I was originally going to get the bracelet on my right hand but lili had me try it on on both wrists and I liked is so much more on my left wrist! She was super patient and attentive! Mike Liu Note the location is wrong - Pandora is located next to the Apple Store on Kestrel Falls not by PF Chang’s like google maps says. I came on a Friday night and they were busy. There were 3 staff members helping people out and I ended up waiting about 10 minutes before I had help. Claudia L was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. With her help I ended up getting a beautiful Xmas gift.

Aimme Martinez I had a great experience at Zzocalo Jewelry. I highly recommend this business! Their customer service was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome right away. Theyre bilingual, which made communication super easy for me. I brought in my solid gold ring to be resized, and it was ready in just two days! They did a perfect job—I honestly can’t even tell that they added gold to make it bigger! While I was there, I also found a beautiful necklace and they gave me a great deal on it. I’m so happy with both pieces and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nicole Smith Top tier service! Vanessa was amazing, helpful, and friendly. She was accommodating with all the items we tried in and wanted to see. We didnt feel rushed at all. I wont lie, it was my first time in Cartier and I was a little intimidated and nervous but we were greeted with a huge warm smile from Vanessa. She offered us drinks as soon as we walked in, I had champagne and my friend had sparkling water. She wasnt pushy about anything and just let us enjoy our time. The selection this location has was vast. The store is very well maintained and smells great when you walk in. All the staff was friendly. Vanessa even made us matching friendship bracelets! We were the only ones in there so we got all the attention. Such a great day!
