Hannah I was skeptical about purchasing a diamond tennis necklace online but i found Gem Jewelers. The pricing is very good and the quality is amazing. I had some questions prior to purchasing and was assisted by Jessica on the online chat feature. My tennis necklace came securely packaged and in beautiful packaging. It also came with an appraisal which is great for insurance purposes. I will definitely be purchasing more items from Gem Jewelers! The photos do not do its justice! It even sparkles in a dark room.

Shirley Claire Excellent service provided by the store manager. I bought a new watch for my husband as a Christmas present. The store manager personally set the time, boxed and wrapped the present beautifully. I knew the watch would be too wide for his wrist, because hed recently been hospitalized and lost weight. Pooles provides free link removal and battery replacement whenever needed. We took it into Pooles after Christmas. Links were removed immediately. My husband likes his new watch, and he wears it all the time..

Janet Steigerwald Dolly is a kick to work with. Shes super bubbly and knows her stuff. If you take her basic jewelry class youll come home with a swirl bracelet. The items she teaches are jewelry youd want to wear, at price not much more than just buying it outright. And youll have the skills to make many more items. Classes are up to 6 people but usually only one or two. Tools are provided so no costly outlay up front.

Clara B I had the most wonderful experience making a custom ring with Kristy and the Sierra Moon staff. I wanted to redo my engagement ring using the same diamond and ideas, but make it more balanced and delicate. Kristy worked with me to design it multiple times over until I was happy. She never rushed the process and in fact even recommended changing some things once the wax casting was done — because it didn’t look right to her and she didn’t want me to settle. She took the time to learn my vision and make sure the ring was what I wanted. She also designed the basket part of my ring for me when I wasn’t sure what to put there. It was an awesome collaboration. Kristy also searched high and low to get me the perfect green stones for the halo on my ring, because she wanted me to get what I wanted. All the staff were so excited for me when I finally got my perfect ring. Thank you. It’s so unique and still has elements of my old ring. I’m never taking it off!
