Jacob Rodriguez I recently had an amethyst set into a ring here, and the work turned out beautiful at a really fair price. The wife, who co-owns the shop, was incredibly sweet, professional, and went out of her way to make me feel taken care of. She remembered me right away and made the whole process smooth and stress-free that kind of personal touch meant a lot. I want to give her special credit because her kindness and professionalism really stood out and made this a great experience. The craftsmanship and value are excellent, but her customer service is what will stick with me the most.

Gianna Favelo brought in my gold anklet that broke and my gold chain, showed them to him and he quoted me $40, INSANELY great price, said i needed it ready that day and it was ready an hour and a half later. He is a nice man and my jewelry looks good as new! like it never even broke. The only thing id like to mention is he does not take apple pay! Such a great shop :) Highly recommend.

Lisa Sigler I found Jennifer on Instagram and fell in love with her designs. I decided to have her repurpose my 38 year old wedding ring set. We worked on designs long distance. I sent her my old jewelry and she sent me back the most gorgeous, modern rings. The packaging she sent them in was stunning. I am madly in love with my new rings which hold sentimental value as well. Jennifer is delightful to work with and an amazing creative force of nature. Her artistry is so unique.

Michael, who oversees the shop has vast knowledge of his inventory as well as estate jewelry. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Also, he has a great personality to go along with his knowledge! I feel looking for estate jewelry info can contact Calhoun whether or not they live in the Carmel area. You wont be disappointed!

Jenniffer Troche Ive gone to Zales twice and both times I was helped by Rosaline. I love her and her service (all the employees seem to be nice but Ive only really interacted with Rosaline). Rosaline is super nice, knowledgeable, helpful and even patient. Employees like her are the ones who help a company thrive.

When picking up my grill he also informative on the care you should give to your grill to help have them last. This was my first one and he showed me different style and helped me choose the right one with his honest opinion on what you should get and what he truly believes works for people. I will be ordering in the future and also recommending this place again and again.
