Mr. C Being a customer for many years, obviously on that time frame different employees have been passing thru the store, but seems like they pass the great attitude: always smiling and willing to help, thats why I call good customer service, and thats why I give them 5 stars

Jenniffer Troche Ive gone to Zales twice and both times I was helped by Rosaline. I love her and her service (all the employees seem to be nice but Ive only really interacted with Rosaline). Rosaline is super nice, knowledgeable, helpful and even patient. Employees like her are the ones who help a company thrive.

Joe Graham I have been doing business with the brothers here for over 10 years and they are by far the best coin dealers I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. They are knowledgeable and fair in their prices. They are friendly, professional, and always willing to contact you as soon as a coin comes in that you need.

Javier Pagan Mark C at Valliani was beyond helpful today. 17 years ago I came in and purchased an aqua masters watch form a young Hispanic girl who was very sweet and helpful. My watch has been broken for over 12 years and I never knew or could ever get a contact to help get it repaired. Well, my boy Mark here told me to the website and request AM service repair to get it registered and they will assign you a personal advisor to help with the repair process. I was never aware of did know something like this was available. I want to thank you Mark for your support and most importantly for being a real one in these streets. #Trenches

Donna Hall One of my favorite shops in Oakland! I live in the Piedmont Avenue neighborhood and pop into Philippa Roberts fairly often just to admire all the lovely things inside and always find many things to put on my wish list. :) Recently, I needed to purchase 2 birthday gifts and headed straight to Philippa Roberts. Of course, I found the perfect gifts! The staff is really helpful and nice. Definitely recommend! SUPPORT LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES!

Zema V I had such a good experience here! Jonathan did an amazing job setting my new stone onto a basket that was a different shape and changing my prongs to fit the new stone. He really is good at gold smithing. He explained everything really well and was patient with our questions. Super good experience with my appraisal as well. Reasonable pricing as well! Their shop dog is so adorable. I’m so happy that I came here. His work is wonderful. Megan is super nice as well!

jose Rodriguez The level of professionalism is unmatched. All the employees had a smile on their faces and looked happy to be there. This meant a lot to me because if they cant treat their employees good then how can i expect them to treat a customer well. I even asked how they liked their job she said (tall beautiful women) she loved it. To my surprise her daughter came from the next room. I thought she must be the owner or owners daughter, but as it turned out she was an employee, and the actual owner allows her to babysit her daughter WHILE ON THE CLOCK!!!!!! This blew me away. I took in my mothers ring to get sized. Not only did they do a magnificent job for half the price i got quoted from joyeria torres (went to joyeria Marias old location in the jack n the box shopping center where this other torres place now is). The lady owner straightened out the ring, and cleaned it for free! I still cant get over that this business takes care of their personally as they do. A family orientated business at its core.
