Layla Payte We were in the market for a ring and saw Josephs and decided to stop in. So glad we did! We received phenomenal service! We were treated so well and got a great deal on our ring! About 2 months later one of the stones fell out. We were pretty bummed but when we read the warranty it looked like the repair would be covered but we would have to pay for the stone. Sounded fair to us. So we went in, and once again received great customer service and were told they were going to take care of everything! We highly recommend Josephs!

Janet Steigerwald Dolly is a kick to work with. Shes super bubbly and knows her stuff. If you take her basic jewelry class youll come home with a swirl bracelet. The items she teaches are jewelry youd want to wear, at price not much more than just buying it outright. And youll have the skills to make many more items. Classes are up to 6 people but usually only one or two. Tools are provided so no costly outlay up front.

Dense R I just got my wedding rings back after having one re-plated with rhodium and the 2 bands welded together and they look beautiful, wonderful job. Also had my husbands band resized here and that was perfect as well. We hope to remain lifetime customers and upgrade in future years here. (Bands not purchased here but future ones will be as we love their selection and service)

Joy truly goes above and beyond—she even followed up with me via text to ensure I could get the exact products I was looking for. On one occasion, she graciously extended her work shift to wait for me at the store and personally assist with my purchase. Her dedication, professionalism, and warm approach make shopping at Tiffany an absolute pleasure.

mona reese It’s a really fantastic store! Like a “grown-up Claire’s.” Lots of great jewelry and you can Try on anything and everything. High quality piercing professional on staff who will recommend placement and jewelry if you need guidance. I recommend making an appointment but if they are free, they can accommodate walk ins. Super fun store and friendly staff!

Alondra Avila Special shout out to Ed Melen!! Hes trully the sweetest and kindest! He did not pressure to buy anything and instead took the time to get to know us and our wants! (which is sooo relieving considering the fact that jewelry stores usually pressure you into buying shiny things) They really take the time to show you things your interested in, answer ALL questions, see your options and more. We ended up buying some beatiful earrings with a great warranty. I definitely recommend this place.

Sarah Bishop BEST JEWELER AROUND!! My husband and I first met the owner of Ayala Jewelers in 2010 when we were engaged to be married. She was so wonderful and worked with us (we were young kids, right out of high school!) We loved the rings that we purchased from her and that was my set until my husband bought me a new set for our 10 year anniversary! We ended up moving out of State in 2016. When I was back in CA visiting, this year (2023), the ring my husband bought me for our 10 year anniversary (from another jeweler) bent pretty badly. I stopped by Ayala Jewelers to see if shed be able to fix the ring with how badly it was bent (it was a VERY thin band, dont recommend if you have a big stone!) First, she remembered me from all of those years ago!! That meant SO much to me It was great to catch up and fill her in on the life my husband and I had created with our 4 children Second, she went above and beyond with resetting my 2.5ct Moissanite stone into a thicker band and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I had to fly back home before it was ready and she paid to have it shipped to me priority. She kept in touch and communicated well with every step of the way. She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Even though I am now out of State, I will still go through her business with any of my Jeweler needs, and I recommend her to all of my local family and friends!
