Meghann Haldeman Superman’s Fortress of Solitude but with the warmth and welcome of a Care Bear cloud. With bright white walls and a rainbow of shimmering crystals (like pre-historic in size) the showroom is otherworldly. I came for a small gift yet the kind and knowledgeable staff treated me as if I were there to purchase a custom piece meant for a big moment. An intuitive woman guided me to the perfect bracelet-stack, both pretty and full of intention. I felt like I’d already been given a lot of care and attention, but then she went above and beyond and offered to record herself explaining each stone and its properties. She said her name, ‘Ele’, and I realized this kind person was in fact the owner. What? How does she have the time to be so generous when it’s clear she’s also busy designing huge pieces? I think it’s because she genuinely wants to offer a heartfelt experience. Super lovely place and people!

Peter Khokhlov Absolutely amazing! The product and the service! I called them Friday evening around 4pm. Told them I really had to have the item in a week. According to their rules, if you place an order after 12pm on Friday, it will be processed next Monday. They processed it in one hour and it was in the delivery service that very Friday evening! We had two small pear shaped family diamonds and Jordan helped us create a stunning three stone diamond set in platinum. I couldn’t be happier with the results!!! They sell lab created and naturally mined diamonds. Jordan also set us up with insurance and got the ring appraised for us. Truly outstanding service thank you!!
