5 /5 Dense R: I just got my wedding rings back after having one re-plated with rhodium and the 2 bands welded together and they look beautiful, wonderful job. Also had my husbands band resized here and that was perfect as well. We hope to remain lifetime customers and upgrade in future years here. (Bands not purchased here but future ones will be as we love their selection and service)

1 /5 Marylou Lunsford: Avoid, Avoid , Avoid, ZERO STAR I recently had an experience at this jewelry store where I took a ring in for repair. Unfortunately, the person who fixed the jewelry was not very friendly and seemed a bit distant he had a hollow lookin his eyes also!!! They took my grandmothers ring to the back, and I could see him using a tool that appeared to be scraping the top of the ring. Worried about the potential damage, I decided to take it to another jewelry shop for a second opinion. To my dismay, they informed me that the stone had various types of damage that was done with a jewelry tool. This was in stark contrast to what the previous jewelry store had told me, as they had claimed the stone was in pristine condition. ( I went to 3 different stores the same day) Its important to be cautious considering this particular jewelry store, as it seems that they may use jewelry tools in a way that could potentially harm your precious pieces. When I tried to discuss the issue with them over the phone, they actually hung up on me twice. I would strongly advise avoiding this jewelry store altogether.
