Tina, Kathy and Carrie were so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to assisting with my trade ins. Did trades in and had a custom made ring that you can see in the photos. So happy with it and couldnt be more grateful for their assistance/expertise. 5 Stars all the way and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to all family and friends. Thank you!

3 /5 Vlad: I’ve had not the best experience. I came there to get my broken golden chain repaired. The repair was easy: only one tiny welding. However, the repair took… two weeks and a half! Apart from that the quality of repair is… bad to be honest. Welding is inaccurate and visible! I expected better work!

5 /5 Jennifer Fisher: We went here for an emergency to have a jade bracelet removed. Despite it being a difficult job, they stuck with us and were creative in getting the job done. A great, friendly, local business for jewelry needs!

1 /5 Hamid Souzandeh: Horrible place! Don’t even take your plastic rings there! They did an absolutely horrible job on my wife ring! It was a simple resizing job and they completely messed up the ring. They cut the ring off center and couldn’t fix it and the ring is asymmetric!!! They don’t even wanna accept they made a mess!! Tina is extremely rude! She doesn’t wanna accept the issue .. and the solution is even worse than the job they did!!!! Total failure.. don’t take any job to this circus!
