Matt Bucholz My wife and I (this is the first time for me writing those wonderful words!) worked with Alisa and David to design and craft our wedding bands. We got married two weeks ago and are so delighted with our rings. The process of designing them was fun and surprisingly easy despite some of our challenging design requests which were taken on with enthusiasm. They were delivered early and they are both incredibly meaningful and beautiful rings that we look forward to wearing for the rest of our lives. I recommend them to anyone who truly values craft and is interested in working with friendly experts to bring into the world a thing of deep value that has never before existed and will then live forever.

Layla Payte We were in the market for a ring and saw Josephs and decided to stop in. So glad we did! We received phenomenal service! We were treated so well and got a great deal on our ring! About 2 months later one of the stones fell out. We were pretty bummed but when we read the warranty it looked like the repair would be covered but we would have to pay for the stone. Sounded fair to us. So we went in, and once again received great customer service and were told they were going to take care of everything! We highly recommend Josephs!

Brooke Secor Great female owned studio with female staff making goodies on site out of long chains and all the supplies like glorious maven jewelry elves! They have a combo of custom creations made in house and sourced pieces that are unique and not cheap but still totally affordable. They even repair things for free and I have had great success getting them fixed (for free) after a mishap with 2 necklaces. Wonderful people here.

jenn chab Coming to La Bijouterie was a healing experience, to say the least. We came to Set for a new beginning after a traumatic incident regarding our original ring. Last year, we had originally gone to our family jeweler (in LA) of 20 years to reset our ring for our 20th anniversary. He basically disappeared with our diamond, cash, and our trust. We were heartbroken over the 20 years of memories that were stolen from us, and my kind husband was so upset but he decided to save up for another diamond and surprised me with the option to reset our ring again. This time we did our research and found Set, who listened to our story and he treated us so kindly and compassionately. After just a few short weeks, we had designed the ring I had been dreaming of. When I went to see it for the first time I expected to have a few edits or corrections, but it was literally PERFECT. I had NOTHING I wanted to change and it was EXACTLY everything I wanted and more. Set himself was amazing to work with and he is so good at what he does (he always had a nonstop stream of clients every time we came in). I’m so so so happy we found Set and we are so glad he is now a part of our ring’s (and anniversary) story. I will be recommending Set to anyone and everyone.
