Marianne was phenomenal in taking care of my needs, helping me with getting two rings resized and repaired—and one of them wasn’t even purchased from Zales! She was patient in helping me and I never felt rushed. At the same time, I was never pushed into purchasing anything yet, but she professionally and kindly let me know what they offered should I decide to purchase again through them. You won’t regret coming here, for sure. Oh, and their selection is pretty awesome too, for men and women.

After our third stop on the list, we noticed a Zales Outlet nearby—not on our list, but we decided to check it out. We were warmly greeted by Nenon, the friendliest welcome we’d had all day. As we tried on rings, I noticed her observing which styles caught my partner’s eye. She then suggested a ring she thought we’d both love—and she was absolutely right.
