Theyre not pushy or snobby like many other retail stores and they always greet you and are very helpful if you do have questions. They always have good deals, usually 60-70% off or some bundle kind of thing. This time it was with christians good help that we purchased a nice white bag. Weve been to other coach stores but this one has a wider selection of products.
