From the moment we connected with Marc, Brenton, and the entire team, we knew we were in expert hands. Even though we’re not local, the process was seamless - every detail was handled with care and intention, and the final pieces were shipped to us with such professionalism and thoughtfulness. The craftsmanship is stunning (and incredibly transparent), and the customer service is truly top-notch. We already know we’ll be coming back for future pieces. Could not recommend Bluestone more!

5 /5 Marissa W: My now husband and I were shopping for engagement rings. We were still learning about diamonds and metals and what shapes and styles we liked. We walked in to Blue stone not expecting to buy anything but Aaron started talking to us about different diamonds and metals and styles and things we should consider. Then we found out he custom made rings and he talked us through that process. We hadn’t considered it. We were still convinced we wanted to buy from a big name store to ensure quality. Which now that I know better is laughable. We went home to Santa Clara about 4 hours away and shopped for a few more weeks. Aaron kept coming up in conversation and it was like the universe saying “he actually knows what he’s talking about and he cares about his craftsmanship.” We called Aaron up and we worked 100% remotely with him to design the ring. The ring he made for us is perfect. I get compliments on it all the time. It’s unique to me, gorgeous and Aaron was able to keep it in budget. The quality is outstanding. Other jewelers have seen it and cleaned it for me and they admire it as well. We are so lucky that Aaron was so thoughtful and caring when he talked to us when we first met him. He kept that up throughout the process and we will forever be grateful.

My husband spent hours with the team, especially Aaron, to design his custom ring, and the patience and attention to detail were incredible. As for me, I found my perfect ring in just ten minutes right from the case, and I’m absolutely in love with it! Every time we stop by, they kindly offer to clean our rings (and give us a wine tasting), which is such a nice touch. Bluestone Jewelry really made the process special for us.

5 /5 Stephanie (Lady Lebala): Took my watch and a broke necklace to bluestone today. The staff their are wonderful. Aaron was very helpful in repairing my watch. It had some rust and broken screws, he cleaned, replaced the battery, and ordered new screws for it. It looks brand new. The staff in front figured out a clasp for my necklace that broke. The whole experience was great and affordable. Thank you
