It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped! We had two small pear shaped family diamonds and Jordan helped us create a stunning three stone diamond set in platinum. I couldn’t be happier with the results!!! They sell lab created and naturally mined diamonds. Jordan also set us up with insurance and got the ring appraised for us. Truly outstanding service thank you!!
