1 /5 suny pancr: Still on their fake list for 1 year now, stupid store managers are greedy and want to sell you garbage jewelry and watches so they hit quotas. They will not call you for the watch you want unless you burn money in their overpriced garbage. Im not waiting any longer because at this point my entire Rolex experience is ruined. So sad that my dream watch is unavailable unless you are a dealer, in that case you will get multiple popular watches while people like me are forced to wait forever. Hate Rolex now and am buying Omega now idc I hate you guys

1 /5 Tawfiq Asad: I have to change my 5 stars review after waiting almost 2 years for a Rolex watch. I visited the store 5 times and every 2 weeks texting my sales person Dave about the watch in past 2 months he is not enough responding to text messages. I called the store they told me he is no longer working with us but I will let my manager know to call you and see what he can do for you, after waiting 1 month nobody called me or text me.
