The store is full of beautiful jewelry at great prices, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. This is hands-down the best place to go for jewelry and watch repairs. Caroline Frentzen Cindy is very professional, very pleasant, and very talented at her craft. I brought her undrilled Tahitian pearls and she was able to make earring based on a description of what I wanted her to make. Very satistified. She was also able to restring an old pearl necklace that had lost its shape and upon request was able to shorten the necklace and make the extra pearls into a matching bracelet.
