Heymy Ceballos terrible customer service, after you already bought from them, they treat you like a crazy person and laugh in your face, the manager himself, when they reduce ring sizes they damage the shape and steal the "gold" that is left over, now I have doubts if the jewels are authentic, how sad that they play with people like that. I will do whatever it takes to file a formal complaint.

No Way I did not want a pre manufactured ring from a corporate store. I wanted a custom made ring and came to a little mom and pop store here in Seal Beach. Had it made and it was a little big. We asked if we could design it smaller and they did it with no hassles. This was the best decision ever. The owner was very professional and since it was a wedding ring she knew the importance and never once tried to upsale us or pressure us into anything. She helped design it from the beginning with drawings, then from drawings she made a wax ring, then molded the gold. Beautiful!!!

We had help from 2 employees named Mahtap & Danny, they were observant, gave us more options than we could’ve thought of, attentive for anything we needed while shopping, gave us the best service we could’ve asked for, even while the mall was closing they told us to not rush so we can enjoy the experience. They were the kindest of people & made our first/last experience of ring shopping memorable. We recommend others to shop there, they will take care of you like other high brand companies won’t. They even stay in contact with you after the purchase to make sure everything is still ok not only with the physical item bought but also with us as their customers & keep a constant relationship as a seller to buyer.
