He designs them in front of you and you are able to see it on the screen as he shows you different styles. He is super knowledgeable about stones and was extremely helpful in guiding us through choosing our rings. He helped us find rings within our budget, which we greatly appreciated. Liset Melgoza We bought a chain within a day it broke, we came in today to try to get it fixed and the guy wanted to charge us. As a courtesy they should of automatically fixed it. I believe all his jewelry is fake, it shouldn’t break within a day. If it’s real gold it would be more resistant. It’s a waste of money,
