Kevin Huynh This is my 3rd Rolex with Hing Wa Lee. It is taking a while to get a black date submariner and a blue black GMT. Chloe called me and this is my second datejust. The other one is a champagne bezel. I love this one having a sporty look because it is the combination of smooth bezel and oyster bracelet. You cant buy a Rolex that has a smooth bezel/Jubilee bracelet or Fluted Bezel/Oyster Bracelet. Thank you for feeding me coffee Chloe instead of water that is normally given to clients. It kept my brain awake. I hope the submariner and black/blue gmt will arrive somewhere this year.

Nancy Selikoff Ophelia is the best! She is a pure joy to work with. I am a repeat customer and she has always gone above and beyond the expectations ..I have sent my ring to her over the years to be cleaned and maintained. This time, we changed the stone from a CZ to Lab Diamond. It was not possible to find an oval to fit my setting. I followed Ophelia’s advice and expertise and changed it to a round stone. She found a gorgeous stone. When it was ready, she told me the jeweler was not comfortable with how the ring was set. She then gave me a new setting (with 2 trillions) to assure its perfection. So not only did she completely replace the band for me, but did it extremely quickly . So to summarize, I have a completely New ring! Ophelia is honest, always reliable and above all communicates in a timely manner. The jewelry is gorgeous and fairly priced. The customer service is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire process was smooth, thoughtful and enjoyable from start to finish .. I give Ophelia and the company a 10 out of 10! - a true gem in every sense. Danica Carter My son went and picked up my bracelet that I broke. When I received it from my son it was all cleaned up and they took out a couple of links for really good and irs back to dripping like water. I didnt even know it was dirty. Thank you and by the way the guys are very nice.
