If letting GOODNESS graciously flow in ones own business would be a gamble in todays world; a heart warming merchant like Deki; apparently makes her bet a safe & sound one which obviously earns her a great return on their investment. In this very day of mine, they went above and beyond with their SERVICE in addition to creating that energetic impression with such a decent range of almost all types of crystals that they display; and with the word Beyond I am not referring to the duration of my entire shopping experience or the amount of words we have shared. If you pay a visit with a keen intention to support this BUSINESS (Not just to look around ideally; as I personally think that they have this indescribable niche and they are obviously deserving of kindred peoples support in a digital world!) The shopping value usually happens to be embedded in that unspoken gentleness of the merchants which quite typically translates to a sincere willingness to help their guest; particularly in businesses like this one. Leniii I always go to this store and the employees are super nice and the customer service is amazing. But I recently went with my friend to icing , I am hispanic and she’s African American. As soon as we walked in the store this one cashier she’s a white older lady who has her hair dyed dark red and has tattoos on her arm, she gave us a dirty look and didn’t greet us. We felt unwelcome and stereotyped . As we were trying to shop she followed us and kept eyeing us , when she got a line she told another employee to follow us and stood so close to us . We were not stealing we were just trying to shop. It makes me mad when they assume you’re going to steal without proof.

He took his time explaining the cost of the ring and what it takes to make a ring like mine and he seemed genuinely excited about explaining the process. He was fairly quick in his responses to me when I scheduled the appointment and was quick to send me the documents for my insurance. I really appreciate this experience because most professionals in jewelry talk down to people that don’t know anything about jewelry.
